We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location in a nice neighborhood was perfect for us as it had everything we needed nearby, including shops and pharmacies. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Gunay at the reception deserves a special mention for his excellent service. He made sure all our requests were met and made us feel valued as guests.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is located in a rather dodgy area, but the surrounding neighbourhood is nice with friendly employees. The rooms are clean and have good warming systems. The staff at the reception, particularly Gunay, do a wonderful job in trying to make guests satisfied.
The sound insulation between the walls is nonexistent, making the hotel terribly noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep.

It is situated in a nice neighborhood and the hotel facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean and the warming/hot system worked well. The location was convenient, with pharmacies and a barber shop nearby. The staff, especially Gunay at the reception, were friendly and provided excellent service.
